Jennifer is super talented and a true artist, but a really nice person as well!

She is super easy to work with and truly wants to create something that her clients love.

I wanted to create a ring using stones from rings that my grandma and mom had given me and they were mostly smaller stones, and so I wasn’t sure what the outcome would be.

She was able to make me a beautiful, truly unique, custom ring that incorporated 4 of the 5 rings- which was amazing. My friend at work called it my “matriarch ring” and it certainly lives up to the grand title! She sent me many designs and then worked with me to modify the one I had chosen based on some ideas that I had. It was such a cool process.

Jennifer created a beautiful gold bangle bracelet with a hinge for me. I have arthritis in my hands and needed the help of the hinge. It’s gold and has diamonds and sapphires. My grandmother gifted me with a ring that was not my style – there was a small diamond in the center and two halos of different sized pave diamonds around it. When I showed Jennifer the ring, I had no idea what to expect she could come up with and was AMAZED with the designs she created. Next, I introduced myself as a GIA gemologist, custom designer and appraiser who has a high-end custom jewelry business specializing in transforming your old pieces into a new piece you will love and cherish.

As I was talking, I saw Marie-Elizabeth’s eyes open wide. She burst out saying “I need you! This is amazing. I have all this jewelry from my divorce and some from my mother that is sitting in a shoe box in the back if my closet. I never knew what I should do with them….We need to talk!”

We scheduled a date to meet at her brooklyn apartment right in the parking lot.

And since our first meeting, I have redesigned 20 pieces over the years to add to her jewelry collection. Now, she loves to wear the new jewelry and feel beautiful!
